LUXORY – Shipping & Processing Policy Processing Time We dispatch orders within 1–5 business days of placement. Once shipped, delivery usually takes: UK: 7–20 business days International: 10–25 business days Within the First Five Business Days Your order will ship between day 1 and day 5 from purchase. If it ships early, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number at the address you provided. If you haven’t received your tracking number by the fifth business day, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If there’s still no tracking information, contact LUXORY via our Contact Form so we can investigate. After Day Five If your order remains unshipped on the sixth business day, rest assured our team has flagged this with the Fulfillment Department. Please allow up to three additional business days for us to obtain and share your tracking number. Delivery Window & Tracking Notes While Within the Expected Window UK Orders: Up to 20 business days International Orders: Up to 25 business days Why tracking may not show updates immediately: The first scan often happens at a regional hub near your destination—until that scan occurs, tracking may not reflect package receipt. Some carriers don’t scan again until a package is out for delivery. Tracking systems can take extra time to refresh. Certain shipping methods (e.g., Standard International) aren’t fully trackable online, though they still arrive within the expected timeframe. If Beyond Day 20 (UK) / Day 25 (International) If your tracking shows no progress by those milestones, please wait an extra five business days—most packages arrive shortly after the published window. If Beyond Day 30 (UK) / Day 35 (International) We understand extended delays can be frustrating. Orders held this long are escalated to the LUXORY Fulfillment Manager. Please allow 2–5 business days for investigation. You will be contacted as soon as we have an update. How We Calculate Your Delivery Estimate Formula: Estimated Delivery = Ship Date + Transit Time (in business days) Weekends (unless weekend delivery is selected) and holidays are excluded. “Order Within” Countdown Timer: On select items, a countdown may appear indicating how long you have to order to receive delivery by a certain date. This date may change until checkout is completed. Your final delivery estimate will appear in your confirmation email. Free Shipping Free shipping orders arrive within 7–25 business days. To keep costs low, LUXORY may consolidate shipments, which can slightly delay dispatch. Your order will still arrive within the estimated timeframe. Expedited Shipping Expedited options are limited to keep product pricing competitive.
