Incorrect Item Received
An incorrect item means you received a completely different product from what was ordered.
Valid examples:
- You ordered a ring but received a necklace
- You ordered one product and received another item entirely
Not considered incorrect:
- Perceived differences in weight, feel, or appearance
- Sizing concerns if the selected size matches your order
We provide detailed product descriptions to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
If your order qualifies, LUXORY will send a replacement using the same shipping method as your original order.
To process your request quickly, please send three clear photos of the item from different angles.
If approved, no return is required.
Damaged Item Received
If your item arrives damaged, LUXORY will issue a replacement.
Please send three clear photos showing the damage from different angles.
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped using the original delivery method. No return is required.
Item Not Received After 30 Days
If 30 days have passed since your order and you have not received your package (excluding orders marked as "Delivered"), you are eligible for a free replacement.
The replacement will be shipped using the same delivery speed as your original order.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered," please contact your local postal service for further assistance.
